What is EarthLinks?
Earth Links is a collection of online resources selected by the members of CGEN. CGEN (The Canadian Geoscience Education Network) is a national network of Canadian educators and professionals interested in promoting awareness of the Earth Sciences.
All of the EarthLinks were submitted and/or suggested by CGEN members. The selection process focussed on Canadian content so many links are available in both English and French.
EarthLinks is meant to be a dynamic site with regular updates so bookmark this website and check back often.
Who is it for?
EarthLinks is intended to be a “one stop” provider of the best Internet-based geoscience resources available to Canadian teachers, professionals and interested individuals.
The Canadian content is enhanced with a selection of additional quality resources to ensure that visitors have the best opportunity possible for exploring and sharing the wonder of the geosciences.
How can I get involved?
To become a member simply join one of the social media groups listed on the homepage of the CGEN website.
